This is the first time they have explored their differences for the sake of greater understanding and mutual influence.
The fact that they have both offended each other and had honest conversations, makes today’s dialogue not only possible but fun. Curt’s willingness to share authentically about his life as a Jewish American offers us valuable insight. Maybe how we own our beliefs as we engage with those around us actually matters. Maybe each of us is more responsible for helping to create the divisiveness among us than we realized.
